TEXARKANA, Texas (TNS) — Former NFL player, author and mentor Byron Williams will be the featured speaker at the Kiwanis TX-OK District Convention luncheon on Friday, July 24, at the Texarkana Convention Center.
Williams announced on social media that he is looking forward to speaking at the noon luncheon and meeting attendees from Texarkana and the surrounding area.
According to Williams, auction items at the event will include a signed Cliff Harris No. 43 Dallas Cowboys jersey commemorating the Pro Football Hall of Fame member’s 2020 induction, along with a signed NFL Alumni football.
The luncheon is open to the public. Tickets are $50 per person, and organizers say seating is limited.
The Kiwanis TX-OK District Convention is scheduled for July 23-25 in Texarkana.
