Library Grill in Knollwood, Tx., near the city of Sherman provides customers the ultimate dining experience.
The restaurant is nestled inside a farmhouse that was built in 1933. It was later a public library. Now it’s a restaurant, bar and grill with a warm and inviting dining room and terrace.
Bob DelGiorno, the dining critic brought his wife there recently and raved about the service, cocktails and food.
“My wife and I had a romantic dinner,” Food critic Bob DelGiorno said. “The friendly hostess brought us to the table.”
Bob said the manager came to the table and gave him and his wife a warm welcome
“Jess our server gave us excellent service and she brought us terrific signature cocktails,” Bob sad. “We shared a delicious seafood appetizer.
Bob’s wife ordered the filet
“She (Bob’s wife) said it was perfect. I ordered the lobster tails. They were the best I ever had, Bob DelGiorno said . “We had crème brûlée for desert.”

Bob the food critic said that the Library Grill in Knollwood (On the boarder with Sherman, Tx.) is a must restaurant to eat at with your spouse, family, friends or coworkers.

“I will go back often,” Bob concluded.
