RICHARDSON, Texas — The Richardson Police Department has arrested two suspects in connection with a March 19 shooting along West Spring Valley Road, authorities announced Thursday.
Police said Taylor Griffin, 18, and Charles Webster, 17, both of Anna, were taken into custody March 26. Each faces a charge of engaging in organized criminal activity, Richardson Police said.
Shooting occurred on W. Spring Valley Road
According to investigators, the shooting occurred at 120 W. Spring Valley Road and stemmed from a confrontation between two groups. Detectives said that they believe the situation escalated when multiple individuals produced handguns and fired shots.
The victim, identified as Seth Jackson, 18, remains hospitalized. Police said their thoughts are with Jackson and his family as the investigation continues.
Authorities indicated additional arrests are possible. No further details have been released as detectives continue to gather evidence.
