TEXARKANA, Texas — Residents will have the opportunity to focus on their health at the City of Texarkana’s Annual Health and Wellness Fair scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2026.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Southwest Center, 3222 W. 7th Street. Organizers say the free community event will feature wellness screenings such as blood pressure and glucose checks, along with information and services from local and regional health organizations.

A blood donation drive will also be available for those interested in helping patients in need.
City officials say the fair is designed to connect residents with healthcare providers and resources that promote healthy lifestyles and preventative care.
Families and community members are encouraged to attend and learn more about services available in the Texarkana area.
Local and regional vendors interested in participating are asked to register before April 30. Instead of a booth fee, vendors are asked to provide a door prize for giveaways during the event.
