Flower Mound, TX-One woman was killed and 2 other were injured in a wreck the day after Christmas in Flower Mound, Flower Mound, Tx., police said.
On Friday, Dec. 26, at approximately 11:41 a.m., Flower Mound Police officers responded to a major collision in the 3500 block of Justin Road, involving a black 2022 Nissan Maxima and a white 2024 GMC truck, Flower Mound Police said on Facebook.
A passenger in the Maxima died
Flower Mound police said a passenger in the Nissan Maxima, a 78-year-old woman from Lantana, was pronounced deceased at the hospital due to injuries sustained in the crash. The driver of the Nissan Maxima, an 86-year-old man from Lantana, was transported to the hospital in serious but stable condition, Flower Mound Police said. Authorities said a third passenger from the Nissan, a 73-year-old woman from Flower Mound, was also transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Flower Mound Police said the driver of the GMC truck, a 43-year-old man from Lantana, was not injured.
The Dallas morning news reported that the woman who was killed was identified as Nora Lee Pasquale, according to the Tarrant County medical examiners office.
“The investigation is ongoing,” Flower Mound Police said.
